RETURNS

At Sunny Hunny, we take great pride in the quality of our hats. Each hat is carefully inspected before being hand-packed and sent on its way to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

While we strive for perfection, sometimes mistakes happen! If you believe you've received a faulty item, please reach out via our 'CONTACT US' page within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, details of the fault, and a photo.

Please note, if the item is not deemed faulty, it will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

SALE & SAMPLE ITEMS

We do not offer returns on sale items or items purchased from our sample stock.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

We strive to make our online images as accurate as possible. However, due to variations in monitors, lighting, and dye batches, the colour on your screen may not exactly match the product.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from Auckland within 4 business days of purchase. We offer worldwide shipping. Please note, during busy sale periods, there may be slight delays in dispatch times.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return and keeping a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment. We cannot process returns without the physical goods or proof of delivery.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us for further instructions at our 'CONTACT US' page. Please note, we do not accept items returned to us without prior email communication.

FREE PICK UP

Free pick-up is available in East Auckland. If you'd like to take advantage of this option:

  • Select Pick Up at checkout instead of a shipping method.
  • Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email with details for pick-up.
  • Pick-up times and location will be arranged via email, so please ensure your contact details are up to date.
  • Please bring your confirmation email or order number when collecting your order.
